Pest or insect removal
Animal waste
Washing walls (unless requested as an additional service)
Hoarding or excessive clutter
Construction debris or post-renovation cleanup (unless booked as a specialized service)
Moving heavy furniture or lifting items over 25 lbs
Hazardous materials

Worth knowing before you book

Cabinet interiors, refrigerator interiors, oven interiors, and interior window cleaning are not included in standard cleaning and are available as add-on services.
Exterior window cleaning is only available when safely accessible from ground level.
Laundry service must be requested before the scheduled cleaning appointment.
We do not move heavy furniture. We clean around and under furniture that is safely accessible.

Regular cleaning is for keeping up with the rooms you use every day. It covers accessible surfaces, bathrooms, kitchen surfaces and floors. If your first visit needs detailed attention to accumulated residue, tell us before choosing a recurring schedule.

Should I choose weekly, bi-weekly or monthly cleaning?

Start with how quickly the kitchen, bathrooms and floors need attention between visits. Share your household routine, room counts and priorities when requesting a quote. We can discuss the frequency and confirm the scope; the same schedule does not suit every home.

Are cabinet and appliance interiors included?

The standard kitchen checklist includes the microwave interior and appliance exteriors. Oven, refrigerator and cabinet interiors are separate add-ons. Request them in advance so the estimate reflects the work you want.

How should I prepare the rooms?

Clear loose belongings from surfaces you want cleaned and provide access to the rooms on the checklist. Tell us about delicate finishes, pets and entry instructions. We do not move heavy furniture, and access under beds or furniture must be safe.
